CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – A crash on Rio Road that occurred shortly around 7 a.m. in the “gasoline alley” shut the road down completely for a period of time Friday morning.
One witness said there was an overturned vehicle, and some other vehicles involved.
Albemarle Police and Fire Rescue have no other information at this time.
But drivers are advised to avoid the area until clear.
