Virginia Defeats Duke 14-4, Extends the Super Regional to a Decisive Game 3

CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA-WINA – The Virginia Baseball team got a huge lift offensively and it started in the first inning when Griff O’ferrell went deep to open the scoring and the Cavaliers would continue the offensive onslaught throughout the game eventually scoring 14 runs.  Virginia received a quality start from left-handed pitcher Ethan O’Donnell and held Duke to 4 runs.  With the 14-4 win, Virginia extends the best of three super regional to a decisive game three on Sunday.  The game time is TBD, but will be carried live on WINA.
