CHARLOTTESVILLE (WINA) – The City of Charlottesville has set a July 27, noon, public hearing at City Space to provide employees and other interested persons with the opportunity to comment on the proposed draft employee updated pay structure and updated compensation policy. The draft is fashioned after a consultant;s report showing Charlottesville city pay scales pretty much on par with other localities… but some making more and some making less than averages.
