Albemarle police looking for missing woman last seen in Greenwood area

GREENWOOD (WINA) – Albemarle County Police have issued a “missing person alert” for a woman last seen in the Greenwood area September 21. The investigation points toward 27-year old Cheyenne Renee Butler being in Greenbriar County, WV, but that has not been verified and police say “she’s currently issued as missing”.

She’s a white female with black hair and brown eyes, and about 5’2″ and 135 pounds.

Anyone with information on Ms. Butler’s location is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 434-977-4000 or Detective Jonathan McKay with the Albemarle County Police Department at 434-296-5807.
