Mark your calendars for Saturday, April 11th, 2026! Uncle Pauly recently caught up with the heavy hitters making this year’s event possible—Walter Slawski of The Catering Outfit and Bill Norton of Rockpile Construction—and the buzz is real. We are heading back to Potter’s Craft Cider for a day of music, community, and radical generosity.

“Harambee” is a Swahili word meaning “all pull together,” and that is exactly what we’re doing to support the Makindu Children’s Program. Whether you’re coming for the cider, the dancing, or the cause, there is a seat at the table for you.

🎸 The Day Session: Free Music & Family Fun (12 PM – 7 PM)
Kick off the afternoon with a lineup of local favorites that’ll keep the energy high and the vibes even higher. This portion of the day is FREE and open to everyone!

The Lineup: Gia Ray, Josh Mayo and the House Sauce, Betty Jo’s Boogie Band, and The Pollocks.

The Fun: We’ll have kids’ activities, games, and community raffles running all afternoon.

The Auction: Keep your eyes peeled for our live auctions featuring exclusive local prizes and experiences you won’t find anywhere else.

🍽️ Eat Well, Do Good
Hungry? You’re in luck. The Catering Outfit is providing food all day long. Here’s the best part: 100% of food sales go directly to Makindu’s mission. Every bite you take helps feed, educate, and care for vulnerable children in Kenya.

The Mission: Why We Gather
The Makindu Children’s Program is a lifeline for orphaned and vulnerable children in eastern Kenya. Through the Makindu Children’s Centre, hundreds of kids receive daily meals, crisis intervention, emotional support, and a safe environment to grow. When we “pull together” at Potter’s, we are providing the resources these children need to thrive.

⚡ The Main Event: Mighty Joshua (7 PM – 10 PM)
When the sun goes down, the party shifts gears. At 7 PM, the night transforms into an electrifying ticketed benefit concert featuring the legendary Mighty Joshua.

Known for his soulful reggae sounds and messages of unity, Mighty Joshua is the perfect heartbeat for this festival. All ticket proceeds go straight to the cause, so you can dance the night away knowing you’re making a global impact.
